On the first week of March 2019, turns out that Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko who has been working behind the clock of beautification program, approved a statue that was confused to a scarecrow.
The statue erected at University Way roundabout, was seriously heckled on Twitter from Kenyans who thought it was below their standards.
