On the evening of 19th, April 2019, Jonathan Moi, a former celebrated rally driver took his last breath in Nakuru Hospital.
Late Jonathan was the eldest son to retired President Daniel Moi.
This news were confirmed by Press Secretary Lee Njiru who added that more details will be added later.

1.Suspect in the murder of Wildlife Photographer
In 1980s, Jonathan Moi was heavily linked with the rape and murder of Julie Ward, a white wildlife photographer who had visited Kenya.
Upto date, the cause and mastermind of her killers is still unknown.

Moi’s eldest son was a large scale farmer who had a very large farm in areas such as Kilgoris

He retired from motorsport few years ago, but he was a well known rally driver during his hay days
