After pleading guilty of having daylight sex at Uhuru Park, Mr Kanara Maina was charged with a fine of Sh1,500 or an equivalent of a one-month jail term for engaging in the act with Joyce Wanjiku.
Maina and Wanjiku were caught and released on a sh.500 bond. Wanjiku did not present herself in court and her search was thus activated.
After asking for forgiveness, Maina was warned by City Court Chief Magistrate Roseline Ong’ayo that having sex at Uhuru Park was against county by-laws
