Is that the job you aspired to? The relationship you wanted? The friends you expected? Life sometimes happens too fast.
And as far as we know you only have one.
Squeeze it to the maximum and stop wasting it
These 8 calls of attention motivate you to: signs that you’re wasting your life
1. You spend too much time doing things that you should not
do
Video games, internet, TV, going out, drinking . And the list goes on. Take a look at your life. What do you spend more time with?
Is it good for you? Does it help you get the life you’ve always wanted? Question your habits and change those that do not contribute anything.
2. You do not feed your mind
If you are not in continuous learning and personal growth, you are stuck. As it happens to the water when it does not move and a green moss is created.
The same goes for the mind. You must keep it active. Challenges, challenges and more challenges (mentally I say).
3. You have a lot of negative self-talk
As Henry Ford once said: “Whether you think you can or think you cannot, you’re right.” What you say to yourself becomes reality. Watch closely what you say because one day you will find that your life matches your thoughts.
4. You complain too much
I know people who are not satisfied with anything in their life but do nothing to change things. Only complaints and more complaints: work, family, couple, etc.
Do not become one of these people. Negativity does not change anything. Appreciate the good side of life. And if something you do not like, change it.
5. You do not plan for the future
If you do not have a goal to fulfill or a goal to aspire to, you are like a boat wandering in the ocean. Live here and now but never losing sight of your goal and the steps you need to take to get it.
6. You are addicted to the phone
They have given us many advantages and comforts. But when someone is with their mobile phone while they are eating with their family or talking to their friends there is a problem. Think about the amount of time you are watching watching a screen.
7. You do not leave your comfort zone
I know how easy it is to live in your comfort zone. When I go to a restaurant I always ask the same. But that’s not the comfort zone I’m talking about. I’m talking about taking a risk that will improve your life. That’s getting out of the comfort zone!
Any risk has the potential to be deadly, but a calculated risk is one in which all the options have been weighed and therefore a reasonable plan of action.
8. You are living a life that you do not like
Life there is only one. You have the right to live it to the fullest. What are you waiting for?
The first step you need to take is to get rid of the idea that you cannot do it. Many times the biggest obstacle is our fear. Our negative thoughts making a dent in our confidence. Change your way of thinking and you will discover how your life changes.
