All couples have problems and discussions, but it is in each of them to know how to solve them and be able to fix them so that their relationship continues to grow and strengthen.

For this reason, here are the things you should not do when discussing with your lover:

1.- Do not do drama

When discussing our senses sometimes they get cloudy, so many times we talk without thinking or get carried away by the drama. Remember that will not lead you to anything good.

2.- Breathe

Sometimes, the best way to resolve any type of conflict is to breathe deeply and count to ten or more. The idea is to fix the problem and not get carried away by the situation.

3.- Do not shout

Being angry can make your tone of voice not the same as always. Screaming could make the other person also exalt.

4.- Do not remember past problems

If they are still together it is because that problem has been solved. Focus on the current situation and do not get carried away by things that have been forgotten.

5.- Do not do scenes on the street

Your problems with your partner is only a matter of both. No one else has to find out about them, so it is best not to discuss that on the street.

6.- Do not argue for social networks

Trying to solve a problem through Facebook is not such a good idea. Remember that you will not be able to see the face of the other person.

7.- Listen

Do not get carried away by anger and listen to the other person. He may have to tell you something that will make everything work out.

8.- Commitment

Once the problem is resolved, it is recommended that both commit themselves to constantly improve so that the same does not happen again
