Kenyans on Twitter have come at the rescue of Lucy Gatimu, a social media mother who makes a living for her kids through washing clothes on social media.
It all started when a social media influencer by pen name Osama Otero posted a philanthropic tweet asking tweeps to donate part of their money to the disadvantaged.
Lucy Gatimu sought help, asking him to consider her kids who are in big need.
But due to some situational misunderstanding, fire broke out and Lucy sustained serious burns from huge insults from the social media bully.
However, KOTs came at the right moment to rescue Lucy who was already down on her knees asking for help and forgiveness.
