A section of Busia county locals woke up to shocking news when they met with a tractor ferrying sugar cane without any of it’s drivers on the steering
The tractor under the registration number ZB 5096 was spotted moving on it’s own without the control of the driver on the steering.
The tractor belongs to West Kenya Sugar Ltd and was spotted plying Lugulu area of Butula Sub-County in Busia County.
The incident occurred on the early morning of 28th October 2019
