Akothee is a mother of five adorable kids; three girls and two boys. The songbird is in the process of adding a new member to her family.

‘My Sweet Love’ hit maker has been rumored to be pregnant with baby number six for one too many times. But now it seems the rumors had basis.

Akothee left Kenya for South Africa a day ago and the purpose of her visit was only known to her and a few, until now.

The singer checked in at Netcare Rosebank Hospital in Johannesburg where she had a date with a special South African doctor.

Akothee shared her photo in the hospital while the doctor was administering an ultrasound scan on her belly.

“Uliuliza nimeenda wapi? Nimeenda clinic ‪#‎madamboss, wacha tuone ni nani anakosesha mama amani , toto ya my King iko na sipesial doctor ‪#‎okwabisecho ka” Akothee captioned her photo.
