Mombasa based singer Akothee has won the hearts of many Kenyans after she placed herself on the line of duty to help the starving Turkana county residents who are dying of hunger.
Akothee was pictured with a caravan of food and non-food items distributing to the locals who have even lost one of their loved to hunger.
