Tanzanian bongo star Diamond Platnumz has spoken vehemently against the audio with a voice believed to be of his ex-lover Hamisa Mobetto consulting evil spirits to win him.
The audio which has been a big debate in Tanzania over its genuineness has a voice of a woman asking a witch doctor to help her take control over Diamond’s love affairs.
The voice also can be heard pleading with the medicine man to help her, ‘Hamisa’ deal with Diamond’s mum Sandra and his sister Esma Platnamz who are believed to be the biggest obstacle between her love for Diamond.
Diamond has come out and condemned Hamisa after confirming that the voice indeed was hers. Diamond also defended claims that the audio was fake and that the sponsorship had come from her sister and mother.
“Unapotaka kwenda kwa mganga uniroge mimi, na mamangu na familia yangu, unaonekana wewe haushindwi kumuua hata mamangu kama unawaza eti mimi nikupe nyumba sijui nikupe nini. Voice note zinatambaa tambaa, mimi pia nilitumiwa hiyo voice note. Ninazo halafu unajua unasikia kitu ambacho unajua huyu ni yeye,” Diamond states in the interview with Wasafi TV
Diamond also added that she confronted Hamisa with the audio, telling her that she was responsible for the audio.
“Halafu nikamwambia ‘huyu ni wewe’… Halafu mara kumi uniroge katika kazi zako sio utake kuniroga mimi eti nikuoe. Why do you wanna do that?”
“So kuna vitu watu wanaongea ongeaa, halafu wanajaribu kuvipindisha aonekane mamangu na dadangu ndio wana matatizo. Mamangu na dadangu hawezi kuwa na matatizo. Halafu hao watu wako unaowatuma wakatukane, nishawahi kuona ukiwatuma wakatukane kwa watu wengine. Kwa sababu uliwatuma pia wamtukane Zamaradi. Unachokifanya sio kizuri”
Hamisa is said to have rejected several marriage proposals in hope of winning Diamond again. Diamond was divorced by Zari Hassan in 2018 February over his relationship with his ex-lovers.
