In July 2020, popular actor Charles Bukeko aka Papa Shirandula died to what came to be known as COVID-19 symptoms .
His death did not only send shock waves to his family and relatives, but also huge sadness to his fellow actors on Citizen TV show dubbed Papa Shirandula.
