Babu Owino questioned on why NHIF were not able to account for more than 1 billion shillings which had been lost in scrupulous deals.
I hereby invite graft investigating and prosecuting agencies ie. EACC, DCI, NIS and the DPP to join Public Investments Committee in seeking answers to the aforementioned revelation that could be another mega scandal in the making.
Babu owino won back his seat after the court declared that his election was according to the set down procedures.
