Singer Bobi Wine aka Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi was arrested again moments after he had been set free by a court martial on Tuesday 22nd August.
The Ugandan government had withdrawn charges he was facing in a military court. The court also noted that they wanted to allow the police to continue with their own investigation so as they may prosecute him in a civilian court.
He was in attendance during the court ruling, in Gulu area about 330Km from Kampala town. Bobi Wine who had been detained in several military camp for several days had been accused of illegal possession of guns.
The Mp was seen in gross pain as he moved by help of others as he moved on clutches.
Bobi Wine who celebrated his release was shortly informed that he was under arrest by police which they had to comply owing to his health status
