A Bungoma MCA, known as Victor Musebe has been accused of molesting his girlfriend who allegedly refused to procure abortion.
The incident which is said to have happened at Duke Hotel in Bungoma, became heated when the girlfriend known as Lusaria refused Ksh.7,000 from the MCA meant to help her in aborting the two months pregnancy.
The MCA is said to have descended on the unfortunate lady with blows before she was rescued by onlookers.
The lady has reported the matter to the police.
