There as been a social media charter on Twitter after Dennis Itumbi, DP William Ruto’s social media right man, announced that DP Ruto was meeting with politicians who were dewhipped in parliament.
Among the notable things spotted, was a new political party dubbed ‘Jubilee Asili’ which has been seen an offspring of Jubilee Party.
