Scope of Program with Colgate-Palmolive provides early-in-career graduates the chance to initiate their development & growth journey in commercial functions; Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing.
Successful candidates will gain learning experience via job rotations and project assignments and will be offered a permanent role in the function, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assisting/Supporting Team Leader and Customer Development Managers
- Preparations of documents/presentations for meetings with customers
- Communication with customers
- Preparations of documents/presentations for weekly CDM team meetings
- Participation in negotiations with customers
- Analysis of Category growth, Market Shares, Pricing, Distribution
- Regular and ad hoc analysis
- Lead distributor, salesmen, customers, stores, merchandiser
2. Data Analysis
- Promo efficiency evaluation in collaboration with CatMan (RM)
- Management and evaluation of sell-out data using different data sources (AC Nielsen, Focus, customer sell-out data) for usage of Retail Marketing and CDM
- Analysis of Category growth, Market Shares, Pricing, Distribution
- Regular and ad hoc analysis
3. Ad hoc administration tasks or projects
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Marketing/ Management / Business Management or related studies
- 0-2 years of working experience
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Possess strong IT, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Result-focused with strong leadership, and able to work well in team-oriented environment, participates in extracurricular team activities
- Strong implementation / team building / project management skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
