A viral video has sparked a wave of reactions on social media, showing comedian Dem Wa Facebook allegedly being blocked from accessing the VVIP section at Nyayo Stadium during the match between Harambee Stars and Gabon. The footage portrayed her as being in the regular section, with the person recording claiming she had not paid for the required KSh 10,000 VVIP ticket.

In the clip, Dem Wa Facebook, dressed in an Arsenal jersey, was seen trying to navigate her way to the exclusive VVIP lounge, only to be stopped by a uniformed security officer. After a brief conversation, the video’s narrator claimed that the comedian was attempting to bypass security protocols, alleging that she had not paid for the VVIP ticket.

However, in an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, Dem Wa Facebook addressed the situation, offering clarification. The content creator was visibly frustrated with how the incident had been misrepresented online. She revealed that she had indeed paid for the VVIP ticket and presented it as proof to TUKO.co.ke.

“I had paid for the VVIP ticket, but when I arrived at the stadium, the section was already full, and there was no reserved seat for me. The security guard tried to secure a seat, but he couldn’t,” Dem Wa Facebook explained.

The comedian further emphasized that she was not barred from the VVIP section as the video suggested. Instead, she clarified that the issue stemmed from the lack of available seating for those who had purchased VVIP tickets. She stressed that her attempt to communicate with the security personnel was a genuine effort to resolve the situation, not an attempt to sneak in without permission.

“It’s unfortunate that people are quick to judge without understanding the full picture. If there was a mistake, it was on the event organizers who oversold the VVIP section without ensuring enough seats for everyone who had paid,” she added.

The viral video quickly spread across social media, with many people sharing their opinions on what had transpired. Some netizens questioned whether Dem Wa Facebook had indeed paid for the VVIP ticket, while others criticized her for allegedly trying to bypass security.

In light of the controversy, Dem Wa Facebook’s fans were quick to rally behind her, dismissing the claims as an unfair portrayal of the situation. Many pointed out that the real issue was the lack of organization, leading to the confusion at the stadium.

This incident comes shortly after another viral moment involving Dem Wa Facebook and her rumored relationship status with comedian Oga Obinna. While fans have speculated about a breakup between the two, Dem Wa Facebook remained coy about the matter, teasing that more information might be revealed in an upcoming YouTube episode.

As the debate continues over the Nyayo Stadium incident, Dem Wa Facebook’s response has helped clarify her side of the story, and it remains to be seen if the public’s perception will shift.
