A Cabinet Secretary has allegedly been accused of gifting his girlfriend with a 6 million tender for vehicle maintenance.
Shockingly the CS alleged lover usually walks into the ministry every month to collect the cheque despite not having done the work she was allocated to perform.
Recently drama ensued when the cheque was delayed, prompting the CS to storm the accounts office where he engaged in physical fight with offending officers accusing them of trying to ruin his relationship with the slay-queen.
