On 2dn January 2024, Gospel singer Owen Mwaita, aka Daddy Owen posted suggestive photos of him with President William Ruto’s daughter Charlene.
The photos showed Dady Owen introducing Charlene to his mother Margaret Mwatia in Eshifiru, Kakamega County.
In company were also close relatives and friends.
Dating romours intensified from the beginning of November 2023 after the two were spotted in several public activities
In 2020, Dady Owen was left single by default when his ex-wife Faridah Wambui reportedly walked out on her marriage after he encountered financial challenges.
It was reported at the time that Ms Wambui later walked into the waiting arms of a rich tycoon after she grew tired of supporting him.
Charlene Ruto was not able to meet Dady Owen’s dad since he lost his dad in 2017.
