Presidential candidate for Alliance for Real Change Abduba Dida has moved to cancel moves by inspector general to equip him with 4 bodyguards ad insisted he needs 20 GSU officers.
On Wnesday Dida’s security team was boosted by two more police to 4, but the lad who commands less than 1% of the popularity still insists of equal representation.
The Constitution, in Article 138 (8) holds that a presidential election shall be cancelled and a new election held on three grounds, one of which (b) reads, “a candidate for election as President or Deputy President dies on or before the scheduled election date”.
