A matatu belonging to NTTS Sacco has shocked road users after it was able to locomote despite the fact that one of its front tyre was openly having a big issue.
The matatu which was spotted in Nairobi, is thought to have passed a police check after being inspected by NTSA.
This explains why numerous accidents have docked on our roads on grounds of speeding and irruption.
