Former President Daniel arap Moi who recently celebrated his 94th birthday was on Monday 17th evening discharged from Nairobi Hospital based in Nairobi city.
According to his physician Dr David Silverstein, Moi was suffering from flu caused by chilly weather conditions.
He also noted that he was responding well to treatment and needed time to rest.
Moi’s son Gideon Moi who is also Baringo Governor thanked ( during 14th Kabarak University graduation ceremony ) Kenyans for standing behind his dad in prayers.
