A motorist who looks to be so drunk to even express himself, found correct mind-blogging words to lecture police who were armed with an alcohol blow.
The man was wondering why the men in uniform were not arresting him with respect, but rather engaging in a cat and mouse game.
He had a genuine complain on the Kenya police who take advantage of the situation and arrest suspects without accordance of their rights
Before he is arrested, police are seen cornering him ‘the way cats would do with a mouse’, then they rough him up as the rest of the motorists watch in shock
