A leading civil engineering construction firm is seeking to recruit an Executive/Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
Job Description
Oversee the management of all contractual engagements between clients,staff and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Representing the Director in meetings and events as requested.
Act as a liaison between the Directors office and members of Staff Review and apply for tenders and civil works as required by the Director Maintain Activity
Log of company’s construction sites Attend to any other duties assigned by the Director.
Desired Qualifications
Should be a Registered Civil Engineer and be in possession of Masters in Construction Management Must have 8 years or more practical experience in Construction Management or Civil Works.
Ideally be aged between 35-40 years. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills
Must be flexible,keen and attentive to detail.
