Kenyans who were no impressed with seed pastors went online to rebuke their fake evangelism using hastag #TheMenOfGold.
Kenyans who tweeted to the hashtag did not seem to understand why the pastors were dining with corrupt politicians or performing fake miracles in churches at the expense of the poor peasants’ pockets
We also have some Men/Women of God who demand a very huge donation for you to join a Church. They have bodyguards and very flashy vehicles as their Followers are invaded by vicious cycles of poverty. #TheMenOfGold

The church is just but a tool used by politicians to cleanse their dirty money. #TheMenOfGold pic.twitter.com/Fut2NtDHuh

There is serious coordination between the Church and the media to actually help spread the False Gospel. Very well known extortionists in the name of Pastors who prey on the "believers" get too much Airtime! This is immoral! #TheMenOfGold

We have pastors and investors in our churches, And they all call themselves Men of God. Most of our churches are run by investors, they extort the poor believers in the name of "Plant the seed" #TheMenOfGold

Is the Miracles performed by these Pastors in Kenya limited to the Tvs. I haven't seen a Pastor visit the genuinely sick in the Hospitals and heal them. If your miracles are legit, why can't you go heal the sick in hospitals? #TheMenOfGold
