A make-shift roundabout erected just meters from the Siaya governor’s office has caused stir on social media.
The roundabout made by stones, is just few meters from the governors office .
However the office of the affected governor Colonel Rasanga has distanced itself from the structure calling it illegal.
The office had also launched a complain on Kenya Roads Urban Authority, stating that it also wanted more illegal structures put on the roads such as undesignated speed bumps removed
