A five storey building that was under construction in Juja has collapsed following heavy rains. No casualties reported.

Heavy rains as had been cautioned by the Nairobi MET department, have continued to pour down the streets of Nairobi. Flooding all and sundry

In other parts of the country, the rains have swept away structures such as bridges and roads.

So far several deaths have been reported which were directly caused by the heavy rains.
