High Court Judge Chacha Mwita ordered the government to issue Miguna Miguna with travel documents pending hearing and determination of the petition.
Failure to comply with the directive NRM ‘general’ is at liberty to use his Canadian passport to return to Kenya.
Miguna Miguna had been deported few weeks ago after the government alleged that he was a threat to the national unity.
