Following Nairobi, the tournament moves to Montevideo, Uruguay, on 21–22 March, before concluding in São Paulo, Brazil, from 28–29 March. The top four teams from SVNS 2 will earn promotion to the SVNS World Championship, facing the top eight teams from Division 1 in Hong Kong, Valladolid, and Bordeaux.
