Husband, Wife To Anchor Citizen TV Weekend News

Powerful couple Rashid Abdalla and Lulu Hassan will be tasked with reading every news beat of weekends for the 7 o’clock news.

This would be record setting arena as the love bird will becomes Kenya’s first ever anchoring couples.

Rashid joined his wife Lulu from NTV few months ago after Lulu Swahili co-anchor Kanze Dena was appointed to the State House as second in command of communication.

Rashid and Lulu have been married and the two have two kids, who are all grown up.

The duo will be taking home a combined salary of more than a million from Royal Media Services owned station
