The Sales interns responsibility is to meet and exceed sales goals by offering our products and services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long-term relationships. They will also work as part of a team and are required to ensure team success.

Roles and Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Selling to existing and potential customers to meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
- Selling the Company brand of services aggressively in the market.· Development of accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations in liaison with the BD team
- Review sales performance and maintain healthy pipeline, establish plans which aim, to meet or exceed targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Participate in desk setup, exhibitions, and conferences on behalf of E-plus with the goal of mining for business.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Share daily Sales Reports of closed deals
Customer Service and Client Relationship
- Manage customer relationships to ensure continued business and a good corporate image.
- Ensure effective distribution and dissemination of marketing materials to E-Plus target market to meet brand awareness objectives.
- Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.
- Respond to customer queries within 12hours
- Handle customer complaints conclusively and escalate complaints where necessary
Market Intelligence and Analysis
- Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats;
- Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market;
- Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector, for company products
- Ensure effective distribution and dissemination of marketing materials to E-Plus target market to meet brand awareness objectives.
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management
- Over 6 Months of Sales Experience
