When former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo alerted social media over the concerns of a ‘fake’ son conning innocents with family name, Kabogo did not expect the type of replies he met.

This guy is a fraud and an imposter. He is NOT my son. He is a conman be aware. If you spot him report to the nearest police station.

He was met with brutal feedback from Kenyans on Twitter, who were quick to see the photo of the son and his identity before claiming he was ‘fake’.

They also wondered why the governor was mean on sharing more information about the ‘accused’ son.
