A morning fire which started off around 10 am in the morning claimed properties of unknown valued and left hundreds of slum dwellers homeless.
It is reported that the fire which gutted down as far as areas off Waiyaki Way, before the Kangemi flyover caused traffic mayhem on the busy Waiyaki Road as curious motorists stopped to witness the raging inferno.
The fire was contained by fire engine fighters squad who arrived within an hour.
Red Cross team as not made any list public of any injuries reported
