When Jervson Musinga Kiendi was attacked and robbed along Mombasa highway during the last weekend, he did not expect to find the same assailants manning an OB desk at Machakos police station.

But as he claims, that is the reality he encountered.

Kiendi says that after withdrawing sh.400,000  and spending sh.10,000 he was seized with the three men who drove in a saloon car.

They drove him to a Konza town where they dumped him after robbing him off his money.

He sought to report the issue to Machakos Police Station where he met his rude shock, he found two of his attackers on the police desk, they refused him to record a statement.

He returned on the following day in the morning, only to find the third suspect manning the same desk. He frustrated him until evening, where even so he never recorded a statement.

Then he went on to seek help from another station, where he managed to record a statement at Salama Police Station in Makuaeni County.

His issue was later taken to DCIO Machakos for further investigation
