Job Responsibilities
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
- Serve food or beverages to patrons as required.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.
- Cleaning food service areas.
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Schedule dining reservations. Assist customers with seating arrangements.
- Perform any other duty as may be requested by the supervisor.
Requirements for the Waiters/Waitresses Job
- A diploma in Food and Beverage/hotel management and more than one year experience or
- A certificate plus more than three years experience in a star rated hotel
- Must have a passport
Package
- Salary ;QAR 1,500 plus service charge
- Benefits; Medical cover, free air ticket and employment visa
