One of Safaricom’s loyal customer could not stand and watch as greedy Kenyans decided to loot off Safaricom following a technical problem on their system.
TJ Fanet, as he identifies himself on social media, reported to Safaricom that some of their customers had taken advantage of the Platinum Offer valued at Sh.10,000 which could be bought almost for free using bundles
The chap, was condemned by Kenyans over his sincere remark and for partaking the loot.
Within few hours, Safaricom had sorted the issue and began reversing the prestigious bundles and call minutes which had been bought illegally.
