Kenya’s tycoon Manu Chandaria has raised the marriage bar so high for bachelors after he formalized his love affair with longtime wife.

Manu aged 90 years old got hitched to his fiancee and mother of his kids Aruna Chandaria aged 85 years old on 19th July 2019.

Their wedding took place at Attorney General’s Chambers in Nairobi.

The two who have been together for more than 64 years excited social media after their delightful kiss moment photos were shared on social media.

Manu Chandaria had recently spoken in public about love and marriage.

“Sixty-four (years) is a long time and the only thing is that how comes it has continued. It’s because of give and take from both sides and consideration for each other.

“Love drives off after a period of time, but consideration of each other always makes life a possibility. She (Aruna) is 85 and I am 90 but she has the last word,” said the certified engineer in a recent TV interview.

Manu was born in Nairobi while Aruna was born in Thika in 1929 and 1934 respectively.

The two were separated in 1945 during the world war II when they moved to India but were re-united in 1952 when they returned to Kenya and rekindled their romance and marriage.
