On a national TV, Mohammed Ali vowed to fight to the end of the ballot even if he losses the ODM ticket, he would go as an Independent candidate.

But the drama was when the outgoing Elgeyo-Marakwet senator, decided to have the bitter lemon share Ali had had.
He posted on twitter this and what followed was a twitter confrontation.
