Kirinya County Rep Wangui Ngirici and her hubby Andrew Ngirici on Tuesday night had a lovely dance and love affection moment at Safari Park hotel in Nairobi city.
This happened during the graduation ceremony of Mrs.Ngirici who graduated with Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Bcom) from Gretsa University.
She also holds a degree in Computer Science.
During her campaign before August elections, she spent more than 200 million on her campaign budget.
