Babu Owino and KTN’s Mohammed Ali have been arrested in what is quickly becoming a crowd of people being arrested over hate speech.
Babu Owino’s arrest comes a day after he addressed the press condemning the utterances of Moses Kuria and asking him to respect Raila Odinga or else he(Babu Owino) and others will look for Kuria and deal with him.
Babu Owino is being held at Kilimani Police Station. Mohammed Ali has also been arrested according to reports and he is being held at Gigiri police station though it is not clear why.
However, he has been a fierce Jubilee critic and his statements could have led to his questioning.
