A 23 year old man from Mbezi, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania was forced to surrender himself to police after a sack of maize he stole got stuck on his shoulder.
Frank Japhet had to walk himself to police with a 20-kilo sack he allegedly stole from a woman in Nyambwiro.
According to witness, Japhet tried to remove the sack but it could not detach itself from the shoulder.
Could this be another perfect manifestation of witchcraft? Or the witch doctors have found new methods of advertising their jobs?
