Lawyer Katwa Kigen has given a green light Citizen TV reporter Jacky Maribe to proceed and take plea on Monday.
Maribe passed a mental test which was carried at Mathari Mental Hospital on Thursday. Justice Jessie Lesiit had ordered Maribe to be taken for the test and her co-accused in Monica Kimana’s murder Joseph Irungu to be treated on is gunshot wound.
Maribe and Joseph are expected to take a plea on Monday in connection to the September murder case.
