Detectives have stumbled on shocking revelation at the NYS 9 billion scandal over a 30 year old woman who supplied ‘air’ worth 59 million to NYS.
The woman in question, Wambere Wanjiku Ngirita, doesn’t know where the goods or services were sourced from, but admits to having filled the supply forms by her own hands.
Kenyans were perplexed by the findings
