She is proudly living with albinism, a condition that had zero effect on her performance.

Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi said this during the official release of KCPE 2017 results which were sat on just a few weeks ago.
He noted that their was a huge increase in performance.

Important notes from Fred Matiang’i KCPE Results Release.
- The second best student is from a Public School noting that the public school performance has improved tremendously
- Technology was heavily used, which saw the use of more than 100 million worth gadgets and implementation
- Disabled students who got more than 400 marks would be absorbed in national schools
- Private schools which had students in top 100 nationwide would be supported by the government. The students will also be supported.
