When CORD leader Raila Odinga fondly known as Baba visited Meru County on January 26th 2017 to urge Kenyans to register as voters ahead of August 8th polls, a low class man by the name Julius Rigo found an opportunity to announce his talent.
Julius hanged on the for Premier’s chopper as it flew into the clouds without getting concerned with his risky talent.
Unlike his pionerred alias Bungoma James Bond, he was arrested and taken to court where he was charged with suicidal attempt.
After his release, he met up with ODM leader Raila Odinga .
Daily Nation reports that Mwithalii met Raila at his Capitol Hill office alongside Meru County ODM chairman Robert Kathata yesterday February 21st.
