Tanzanian officials from the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries Development entered the Parliament have shocked Twitter users following an incident where they measured a fish in canteen with a tape.

The incident has since gone viral with many citizens wondering how the fishermen will be measuring fish while still in the water.

This exercise took place during the inspection of immature fish at a ministers house who has since apologized for being caught with immature tilapia
