Father of five, Fred Tonui has won Sh31,736,374 after predicting correctly 16 games out of 17 games placed by Sportpesa.

The Londiani resident spoke with joy when he was unveiled by Sportpesa on June 21st

“I can’t believe I have won this money. I placed two bets on MJP which is usual for me. I was following the games keenly as I always do and was pleasantly surprised when one of the bets was doing extremely well,” he said.

Suppose he could have predicted the last game, he would have won the whole Sh156,489,885 but failed to get the right result of Aasane Football vs Ullensaker/Kisa  which was an away win.

The 51 year old said he will not quit his job at a county office

“I’ve worked at the Londiani Sub-County Hospital for almost 30 years now and I am not ready to leave yet. I love what I do there and I’d like to continue my work, at least for now,” he said.
