Booking Clerk Positions
Available locations
1) Nairobi – 5 Posts
2) Busia – 1 Post
3) Kisii -3 Posts
4) Kakamega -1 Post
5) Mumias -1
Post Your role will encompass but will not be limited to the below
1) Book travel tickets for passengers to their respective designations. Inform passengers of the space available on the date of their travel.
2) Answer customer inquiries on bookings of travel tickets and accommodation.
3) Maintain inventory of passenger space availability in a booking office.
4) Lead passengers to the designated location for boarding or loading.
5) Check and direct passengers’ baggage to the designated location for loading.
Critical Non-Negotiables
1) A diploma in a management course & experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
2) At least one year’s experience of working within an office/hospitality industry and Computer literate.
Skills required
1) Computer skills.
2) Organizational skills
3) Customer Service Skills
4) Able to demonstrate accurate typing and data entry.
Generic Skills
1) Honesty
2) Self-motivated
3) Time conscious esp. because of shift hours
4) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team member.
