Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has received hash reactions after he posted aphoto crossing a sewer line from his constituency area.
The netcitizens thought that he was actually stepping on the problems he was supposed to solve rather than post them on Facebook and celebrate about.
As an area MP, it should have been his priority to make the lives of his people better, before anything else could come forth
