Embakasi East MP Babu Owino wants Deputy William Ruto arrested over stalled agriculture projects that costed government huge money yet many Kenyans in Turkana are succumbing to hunger.
Speaking during the National Assembly, Babu Owino said that Kenyans should not hold back until leaders behind dam scandals are brought to book.
On the similar note, DP Ruto socked Kenyans when he announced that no Kenyan had died because of hunger, rather media was being fed with fake news from Turkana over the cost of menacing famine to locals
